The IFCA Championship - 2008 Season

What Is It?

For the 2008 season, the IFCA have created The IFCA Championship. This means that we aim to recognise the best drivers from our series, and give them a platform, with incentives, to get recognition for their skills and become the IFCA Champion - the best of the best!

How Does It Work?

As you, the drivers compete within IFCA Championship Events, not only do you earn points within that actual series, but you also earn points that contribute to your IFCA Championship campaign. Everyone competiting earns these extra points for doing absolutely nothing!

The idea is to earn as many IFCA Championship points as possible; to strive to finish in the top 7 out of all of the competitors taking part in all of the series. Sound tough - well, its not really!

The more events that you enter, the better total you could have, increasing your chances of reaching the top 7!

Out of 21 Events, your best 12 results will count towards your final Championship total.

What happens when all Events are run?

Once the season of events is complete and everyone has a grand total of Championship Points, the 7 drivers that have the best points from 12 series, will be invited back to take part in The IFCA Championship Final. Here, they will battle it out for the right to be called The IFCA Champion - and hopefully money and prizes too!
